Module Details

This immersive module spans three months with three in-studio weekends on the first weekend of the month. Expect a mix of lectures, interactive discussions, and practical sessions.

Participants will receive a certificate of completion, which can be used for 55 Yoga Alliance® continuing education hours.

This module is a part of our 200 hour teacher training program. Training modules are open to anyone, not just individuals looking to complete our 200 hour program.
