  • If a trainee wishes to cancel their enrollment before the start of the program, all tuition paid will be credited to a future Wild Flower Yoga 200hr Teacher Training.

    All tuition payments are non refundable.

    If a trainee wishes to withdraw from the program for any reason, no refunds will be given in accordance with the program’s refund policy. The trainee must contact the Program Director to discuss the circumstances for their withdraw to determine if tuition can be used towards a future Wild Flower Yoga Teacher.

  • Cerification of completion from our 200 Hour program requires the trainee’s attendance for all 200 hours.

    Attendance is required and will be taken at all training sessions. The program’s required 200 hours must be completed in full in order for trainees to receive a certificate of completion and register with Yoga Alliance.

    Certificates will not be granted until all 200 training hours and all payments are accounted for.

    Certificates will be granted for individual modules only for trainees pursuing Continuing Education hours.

    Trainees are responsible for missed hours and missed content. Trainees may be able to make up missed time in several ways:

    Attend a private training session with a trainer. The trainee will need to schedule and pay for the 1:1 training session. Pricing for a private training session is determined by the trainer

    At the lead trainer’s discretion: the trainee may complete assignments, research, online work, or additional work that the trainer deems appropriate for learning the missed material

    Attend the same module in a subsequent training at no cost

    A trainee may miss up to 24 hours that will need to be made up by one of the options above. Unapproved absences that are not made up by either scheduling private training sessions, completing research and assignments on the missed material or attending the missed hours at a future training session may result in dismissal from the program. The program’s required 200 hours must be completed in full in order for graduates to receive a certificate and register with Yoga Alliance.

    Trainees are fully responsible for missed hours as well as the missed content.

  • Tardiness is disruptive to fellow trainees and undermines a yoga teacher’s standards for professionalism. Any trainee who has an unexcused tardiness for class by more than 10 minutes will be docked an hour from their training hours and need to make up the time as per the attendance policy.

  • The program director may decide to terminate any trainee’s participation in the program if:

    False information was used in the admission process that materially affects the program;

    The trainee misses more than 24 hours of training;

    The trainee misses more than four hours of training time without excuse or notification;

    The trainee fails to make timely payments of tuition;

    The trainee engages in bad conduct. Bad conduct is violation of the Code of Conduct, gossip, harassment, bullying, or any other behavior that is inappropriate or disruptive to the welfare of the program or to fellow trainees.

    In the event of termination, all prior payments and fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
