Mandala in Sanskrit means ‘circle’

Mandala Vinyasa is a fun and creative style that allows you to intuitively flow 360 degrees around the mat, mirroring the sacred geometry of mandala.

Mandala Vinyasa is a vigorous practice that includes fluid transitions from pose to pose, linking body, breath, and movement while we journey around the mat in a full 360 degree circle. 

These classes can at times be challenging, yet modifications are always given. Expect to build strength, flexibility, and concentration while strengthening your body and calming your mind.
